Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with V-Technology. Please read this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase from our website.

  1. 7-Day Return Policy

V-Technology offers a 7-day return policy on eligible products purchased from our website.

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused.

  • The product is in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories are intact.

If your return request is approved, you may receive either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit, as applicable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable:

  • Products purchased during Flash Sales

  • Black Friday Sales

  • Diwali Sales

  • Wedding Special Sale

  • Any promotional, clearance, or festive sale

Exception:
If a product purchased during a sale is received in damaged or incorrect condition, V-Technology will provide a replacement or exchange after proper verification.

  1. Wedding Special Sale – Freebie Condition

If a product purchased under the Wedding Special Sale includes a complimentary (freebie) item:

  • The freebie must be returned along with the main product.

  • If the freebie is not returned, the full price of the freebie will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.

  1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to My Orders.

  3. Select the order you wish to return.

  4. Submit a return request.

  5. Upload clear images or videos of the product.

Providing clear proof will help us process your request smoothly and efficiently.

If multiple products were purchased as part of a combo or deal, individual item returns may be allowed. Please contact customer support for assistance.

  1. Return Approval Process

  • All return requests are reviewed within 48–72 business hours.

  • If more than 7 days have passed since the date of delivery, the product will not be eligible for return.

  1. Reverse Pickup Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • V-Technology will arrange reverse pickup from your provided address.

  • The reverse pickup process may take up to 15 working days.

  • For non-serviceable PIN codes, the timeline may vary.

Please ensure the product is properly packed and ready at the time of pickup.

  1. Product Inspection

After the product is picked up:

  • It will be inspected within 7 working days.

  • Once inspection is completed, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of the return.

  • If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed accordingly.

  1. Return Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, damaged, or altered.

  • The product has been repaired or modified by a third party.

  • Original packaging, accessories, or tags are missing.

If the original packaging is not returned, a deduction of INR 100 per item may be applied to your refund.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • You can cancel by logging into My Account and selecting My Orders.

  • For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation After Shipping

  • Orders can still be cancelled after shipment.

  • Refund for prepaid orders will only be processed after the product is received back and successfully inspected.


REFUND POLICY

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Please allow 6–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Wallet Credit

  • Customers may opt for wallet credit instead of a refund.

  • Wallet credit can be used only for purchases on the V-Technology website.

  • Wallet credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to the customer’s designated bank account.

  • Customers must share their bank details via email at customercare@buyebag.com or through official support communication channels to initiate the refund process.


Final Authority

V-Technology reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject return and refund requests.

  • Determine the condition of returned products.

  • Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
